Internal & Promotional Use: Akaran Solutions may showcase anonymized case studies or success stories for marketing purposes, including presentations, website content, and social media, ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.
Non-Commercial Assurance: Client data, reports, or insights will never be sold or shared externally without explicit consent.
3. Client’s Rights
Personal/Business Use: Clients receive non-exclusive, secure access to their own reports, financial data, and compliance documentation for internal use, audits, or business decision-making.
Full Data Ownership: Clients wishing to obtain complete ownership or original copies of reports and data can request it in writing. Any additional services or data delivery will be charged separately.
4. Third-Party Involvement
Service Partners: Where third-party software or service providers are involved (e.g., tax filing platforms, payroll systems), Akaran Solutions ensures strict confidentiality and compliance agreements are in place.
Collaborators’ Rights: Any third-party partners assisting with your services must maintain confidentiality and obtain prior approval for using any shared data.
